This PadSplit has a Patio, kitchenette, dining area and Television, and it’s modern and spacious. It is a basement unit that sits below a 3/2 home, where the host lives onsite. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, small appliances (such as air fryer), as well as basic cookware. Although there is not a W/D in the unit, there is a portable washer in the apartment. You will have to hang your clothes to dry. The neighborhood is quiet, which means you won’t be far from all Chattanooga has to offer. The I-24/I-75 split is close by.
