We are PadSplit

PadSplit is a new and creative investment option for real estate investors. We’re a housing marketplace that connects property owners with pre-screened residents seeking an affordable place to live. By leveraging under-utilized space in their existing properties to make it more profitable for them, we also create more affordable housing for community members.

Who can become part of the Vendor Network?

General Contractors

Many Hosts convert existing space in their property into bedrooms or make additional changes to their property. General Contractors in the network are familiar with PadSplit standards and can help Hosts optimize their property prior to listing.

Property Managers

Property Managers in the network provide excellent service to both Hosts and Members and earn higher incomes. While PadSplit handles Member screening, collections, and marketing, Property Managers are responsible for walkthroughs and light cleaning services, infrequent but light room turns, paying and monitoring utilities, preventative maintenance, and responsive issue resolution.

Photographers

High-quality photos are an integral part of PadSplit listings. In addition to property photos, Hosts can also benefit from 3D tours and property staging. Our team can provide examples and suggested pricing.

Real Estate Agents

The first step to becoming a PadSplit Host is identifying a great property. That’s where real estate agents come in. We need agents who know the ins and outs of their current market and are looking for new business.

Lenders

Lenders in the network make the process of obtaining financing for our property owners simple while offering a great rate with fair terms. Our property owners are interested in a variety of financing options including bridge loans and permanent debt.

Steps to joining the PadSplit Vendor Network

Step 1

Introduce Yourself

Fill out our simple online application to apply. Our team will review your information within 5 business days (usually faster) and let you know if you can help.

Step 2

Complete a short training

We will send you applicable training documents for you to review and sign off on. Once you complete the training, we add you to our list of network vendors.

Step 3

Partner with PadSplit Hosts!

When PadSplit Hosts in your target area reach the stage where they could use your help (typically when onboarding a new property), we share our list of vendors.
