Since our start in Atlanta we have grown to more than 500 properties housing 3,000+ Members, and we have plans to accelerate our expansion into new markets. Our platform currently features more than 200 property owners and investors, and the number continues to grow each week.

There is no cost to be in the Vendor Network, and we don’t take a percentage of your revenue if you are a general contractor, property manager, photographer, or real estate agent. We share revenue with lenders and other vendor types. We want to work with the best and continue to grow PadSplit. It’s a win-win for like-minded vendors!

Our Vendor Network works directly for the property owners. Payment terms are up to the vendor and property owner/investor.

After completing the PadSplit Vendor Network application and training process, you will be introduced to the local sales executive and market launcher who handle our property investor relationships. Sales executives and our market launch team will recommend your company to our investors. PadSplit property owners and investors can also find your contact information on our website and contact you directly after they create a padsplit.com host account.
