Personal information you disclose to us
In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords, security data, payment information, social media login data and data necessary to verify your identity and perform background checks. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering to use the Sites, Apps and Services, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when participating in activities on or through the Sites, Apps or Services or otherwise contacting us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, Apps and/or Services you choose to use. The personal information we collect can include the following:
Name and Contact Data. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Social Media Login Data.We provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS” below.
Background and Identity Verification Data. If you choose to use certain of the Services managed by us, you will be required to provide information to allow us to perform background checks and identity verification, which information may include your social security number (SSN) or ITIN, banking information and other related information. You will be prompted to electronically sign a consent form before providing any information for this purpose.
All personal information that you provide us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We automatically collect information when you visit, use or navigate our Sites and/or Apps. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL, and any other information that you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links). Upon your request, we will inform you about the source of information and the type of information we have collected about you within a reasonable period after obtaining the personal data, but at the latest within one month.
In short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, management of certain Services provided to you by companies for whom we act as a manager, compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests and the legitimate business interests of companies for whom we act as a manager, in order to provide the Services to you, with your consent, and/or compliance with our legal obligations and the legal obligations of companies for whom we act as a manager.
