This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our websites (such as padsplit.com)(collectively, our “Sites”), mobile application, (“Apps”), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events, including our management services provided on behalf of companies in which you are a member and through which you have the right to access and use certain facilities and rooms (collectively, “Your Facility”) as detailed in Your Membership Agreement (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the “Services”). Your use of the Sites and the Apps is governed by our Terms of Use located at www.padsplit.com/terms-of-use, and your use of the Services is governed by the Member Agreement between you and the Company that owns or leases Your Facility (“Your Company”) located at www.padsplit.com/member-agreement (your “Member Agreement”).

In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords, security data, payment information, social media login data and data necessary to verify your identity and perform background checks. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering to use the Sites, Apps and Services, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when participating in activities on or through the Sites, Apps or Services or otherwise contacting us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, Apps and/or Services you choose to use. The personal information we collect can include the following:
Name and Contact Data. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data.We provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS” below.
Background and Identity Verification Data. If you choose to use certain of the Services managed by us, you will be required to provide information to allow us to perform background checks and identity verification, which information may include your social security number (SSN) or ITIN, banking information and other related information. You will be prompted to electronically sign a consent form before providing any information for this purpose.
All personal information that you provide us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
In short: Some information - such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Sites and/or Apps.
We automatically collect information when you visit, use or navigate our Sites and/or Apps. We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Facebook), as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL, and any other information that you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links). Upon your request, we will inform you about the source of information and the type of information we have collected about you within a reasonable period after obtaining the personal data, but at the latest within one month.
In short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, management of certain Services provided to you by companies for whom we act as a manager, compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected via our Sites, Apps or Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests and the legitimate business interests of companies for whom we act as a manager, in order to provide the Services to you, with your consent, and/or compliance with our legal obligations and the legal obligations of companies for whom we act as a manager. In short: Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

We use the Google Maps API anywhere we display a map or provide the capability to search for an address (collectively, our “Maps API Implementation”). In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days past the termination of the user’s account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant PadSplit and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user privacy policy.
