Enjoy living in this beautiful, newly-renovated home. Walk in the front door to an open floor plan, including spacious living, dining, and kitchen with island. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as dishwasher. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. Down the hallway are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom contains its own stunning en suite. The other two bedrooms share the main bathroom. In addition to keeping up with daily tasks such as cleaning up the kitchen after each use, Pad Mates are responsible for cleaning the common areas (sweep, mop, and sanitize bathroom) once per week on the following schedule: Room 1 - Tuesdays Room 2 - Thursdays Room 3 - Sundays In general, the house is quiet and clean.
