Common questions
How do I post a property on the marketplace?
Any active PadSplit property can be posted on the marketplace.
- Navigate to your “Properties” tab
- Select the property that you would like to list on the marketplace
- Navigate to the new “Marketplace” sub-section for the property.
- Select “Start listing on Marketplace”
- Enter your desired listing price as well as any other property information and list!
What is the process for purchasing the property?
If you are interested in a property you can contact the seller through this marketplace. All purchase transaction steps will happen outside of the PadSplit product. After the purchase is completed, the seller will notify PadSplit of the effective date of the transfer and the new host to complete the exchange.
