Your new home awaits! This homey Richmond home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a spacious backyard with shade trees and picnic tables. Lots of natural light, it’s comfortable and cozy. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stove top, dishwasher, coffee pot and hot water kettle. A kitchenette offers a second fridge, air fryer and microwave. Rooms are furnished with an award-winning Siena mattress, two nightstands with dimmable bedside lamps equipped with USB charging ports. There is a wall mirror, and a desk and chair for convenience. Windows have blackout curtains and a ceiling fan for comfort and doors have a chain for added security. The neighborhood is near highways, which means you won’t be far from all Richmond has to offer.
