If you're looking for a quiet home with great roommates and plenty of space, look no further. This property has it ALL! Each bedroom has comfortable beds, its own small refrigerator, separate from the full-size refrigerator in the kitchen. Each room also comes equipped with a flat screen TV with RoKu TV for using your favorite streaming channels. This place is both beautiful and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with monthly coffee and breakfast foods for all residents. This includes pancake/waffle mix, oatmeal, syrup, coffee maker, waffle iron, instant hot water pot, etc... There's a large backyard, as well. The neighborhood is on a cul-de-sac, and you won’t be far from all Dallas has to offer.
