Your new home awaits! This comfortable Las Vegas home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Garage and Television, and it’s newly-renovated and spacious. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as more than 1 fridge. The neighbourhood is close to public transit, which means you won’t be far from all Las Vegas has to offer.. Members who do not qualify due to lack of employment or income verification or who have a prior eviction , will be requered to pay a one month security deposit in addition to the move-in fee paid to the the owner of the property .
