This is a shared kitchen space; sharing a large front porch, shared bathroom, spacious kitchen area with on-site laundry, and an alley with gravel laid backyard. There is free private parking in the spacious backyard of the house and plenty of on-street parking. The house is located with quick access off of I-75/85, down the street from a brand new publix, and less than 3 minutes to downtown Atlanta! Residents will have easy access to Marta transit, Summerhill shops and restaurants, and a few blocks from Grant Park, the Beacon, and the south entrance of the beltline.
