Move-in day is just around the corner! To ensure a secure and smooth transition into your new home, here's everything you need to know about accessing your PadSplit.

Booking Confirmation

When your booking is approved, you'll receive your new address and move-in hours for your move-in day. 

Your Move-In Morning 

By 9:30 AM EST on move-in day, you'll receive all the details you need including your new address, door codes and house-specific move-in instructions. These will be available in a Welcome Email and on your Member Dashboard.  

Why We Wait Until Move-In Day 

We prioritize the security of all our members by providing access information on the day of your move. This helps ensure a protected environment for everyone in our community.
