When are my Membership payments due?

Last updated March 13, 2023

In this article, we will give an overview of how Member billing and payments work.

What payment options are Members given at booking?

Members can choose their Dues Day (day of the week their payment is due) and their payment frequency (weekly or biweekly). Additionally, you can pay using a debit card, credit card, prepaid card (see restrictions here) or bank transfer (ACH).

When are Members billed?

You are billed two days before your Dues Day. Membership payments should be paid by the end of your Dues Day. Carrying a balance past 11:59pm on your Dues Day will result in a $25 late fee

  • For example, if your Dues Day is weekly on Friday, we will invoice you every Wednesday. If you carry a balance past 11:59pm on Friday, you will be charged a $25 late fee.

If you carry a balance of $300 or greater after your Dues Day, you will be placed in ‘Termination Risk’ status. You will have 48 hours after your Dues Day to get your balance under $300 or your PadSplit Membership will be terminated. Once your Membership has been terminated, you must vacate the property by 9am.

  • For example, if your Dues Day is weekly on Friday, you will be terminated for collections on Sunday at 11:59pm if your balance is still $300 or greater. 10.png

How do I know what I owe and when I will be billed again?

You can view your billing schedule and payment history under the "Finances" tab of your Member Dashboard.
