This owner occupied home offers 3 clean, comfortable and private rooms; 1 occupant per room. Owner cares for many area resident's dogs as needed for vacations, etc. Room occupants have no direct interaction with dogs, but must have no objection to their presence; noise is minimal. ~bathroom is shared by a maximum of 3 people. ~parking is excellent and 24/7 monitored ~kitchen is fully equipped ~there's no communal living room type area Room occupants must understand their impact on my expenses and help to keep those down by careful use of W/D, water, A/C and with limited/efficient kitchen use. (attempting to lower food costs via my utilities is unacceptable) The location is quiet, yet just 20 mins to nearly all of ATL.
