The laundry is equipped with two washers and dryers for added convenience for laundry as well as a 2nd coffee bar. There are 3 shared bathrooms for plenty of availability with other pad mates. There is a nice large quiet back deck to relax on as well. The surrounding location is near grocery stores and close to center of town as well as I-75 interstate highway exit, making it the perfect place to call home.
