This is a 3 bedroom/2 story house. Rooms on the 2nd floor. This room has a Queen bed & shared bathroom with 1 person only when there is a guest in the other room. Have one regular roommate. 15 min from Downtown Bakersfield on Hwy 178. Stores/restaurants within 10 min. Good access to highways if you have things to do around , moving for a job or simply traveling.Quite and peaceful. I am a working professional. I will be hosting and stay on site but travel often. I am friendly and easy going. comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. The neighbourhood is near highways, and you won’t be far from all Bakersfield has to offer.
