Every marketing tool you’re already using now works as a referral link. Your property portfolio, listing links, and QR codes automatically track referrals without any setup or special codes. Share your listings like you normally do, and start earning from every person who signs up.
This means your routine marketing—whether you’re posting links in Facebook groups, handing out flyers, or texting listings to prospects—now generates referral income on autopilot.
Two ways to earn from every referral
Book with you: Instant booking fee waiver. When someone you refer books your property, we waive your booking fee and credit it to your next payout immediately.
Book anywhere else: $250 cash. When they book a different PadSplit property, you earn $250 deposited monthly into your referral account. You can earn up to $12,500 per year (50 referrals max).
The bottom line: Every person you refer puts money in your pocket, regardless of where they end up booking.

- Your property: Any length stay qualifies for the fee waiver, even one night.
- Other properties: 14+ consecutive nights earn you $250.

Key details
The old Host Promos system ends four weeks after this new program launches. The upgrade gives you unlimited referrals to your own properties, better tracking, and the ability to earn from referrals who book anywhere on PadSplit.
Eligibility and important notes
To participate: You need at least one active PadSplit property.
To earn: Referred members must use your link and move in within 90 days.
Technical details:
- No self-referrals or booking shared rooms with people you referred
- Referrals track through browser cookies, so ask people to use the same device/browser when possible
- Use your referral links consistently to ensure proper credit
Payment details
- Tax reporting: Referral earnings may be taxable income.
- Claim deadline: Add your payout details within six months or forfeit unclaimed rewards.
- Annual limit: Maximum 50 referrals per year for properties you don’t own ($12,500 cap).
