Instant Book 

• Our quickest option
• Your booking is automatically confirmed with no waiting period!
• This option is great when you need to move quickly

Host Approval Required

• For this option, the Host of the home will review your request
• Make sure to introduce yourself and share why you're interested in their home
• You will receive a response within 24 hours 

Making Your Search Easier

• Use filters to find exactly what type of booking you want. You can filter based on:
  • Price
  • Room features (private or shared bathroom; allows multiple occupants; has closet, private entrance, mini fridge, etc.)
  • Property features (parking available, near public transport, etc.)
  • Room size
  • Bed size
  • Commute time to a specific address, like a job site
• Look specifically for "Instant Book" if you want a room that gets approved instantly
• Read full house descriptions to see property photos and amenities
• Don’t worry if you don’t meet the criteria or are not approved to book a specific room - there are still plenty of fantastic homes to book!
