Your feedback helps improve the PadSplit experience for everyone and ensures Hosts maintain high standards. As a Member, you have two opportunities to provide direct feedback to your Host.

The Move-in Survey:

First impressions matter! Complete the move-in survey to give your Host direct feedback on what they're doing well and what needs improvement. Your responses also create public reviews that help other Members make informed decisions about the property.

Biweekly Surveys:

Every two weeks, you have the opportunity to share your thoughts and help improve your living experience. This feedback helps the Host keep a pulse check on how you and the other Members are experiencing the property. 

Please note:

  • Interpersonal issues between PadMates are not normally within Host control and should given to individual PadMates using the Member Ratings feature instead
  • Specific maintenance requests should be made through our maintenance ticketing system, not through this survey

Remember, your honest feedback is invaluable. We encourage you to leave positive feedback as well as constructive. It helps create a better living environment for everyone in the PadSplit community.

A Note on Fairness: We appreciate your thoughtful approach to ratings. PadSplit may review ratings to ensure they're being used appropriately and constructively. Hosts may dispute reviews on an as needed basis.
