This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits with active property management to ensure safety and ease of living. King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs . Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances. DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please not that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets! NO Guests on property! ONE person per room Quiet time after 10PM to 9AM!
