Beautifully furnished, recently renovated home. Leather couches in living room with a 65" TV. 6 person dining room table. Beautiful full patio with cushioned patio furniture. Smoking allowed outside only. Suites have 55" smart TV. Laundry onsite. Smart locks and outside security cameras. Well lit outside light. 2 blocks from transit. This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits with active property management to ensure safety and ease of living. King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs . Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances. Bedroom doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blocks from transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please note that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets! NO Guests on property! ONE person per room Quiet time after 10PM to 9AM!
