This house is close to everything: grocery store, convenience stores, shopping, restaurants, plus easy access to I-75 and I-575. This cozy home provides the basic necessities. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large sink. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. There are a table and chairs in the eating area. There are a few stairs to get into the house, then 2 stairs to BRs 1-3, and down to the lower level to BRs 4-6. BRs 4-6 tend to be cooler since they are on the lower level. The laundry room is on the lower level. BR1 has a private bath; all other bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Bed linens, pillows, towels and kitchen items are not provided; you need to bring your own. We are looking for quiet, respectful members with no drama to make this a friendly and comfortable place to live.
