Welcome to this cozy, newly updated private studio located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Tampa’s Town ’N’ Country area. The studio is nicely finished and includes a private bathroom, a new air-conditioning system and its own attractive private entrance. A reserved parking space is available in the driveway, and regular professional pest-control service is provided. Conveniently located near Memorial Highway, the Veterans Expressway, Tampa International Airport, shopping, restaurants, Timberlane Park and nearby HART bus connections. This is a comfortable and private place for someone looking for easy access throughout the Tampa Bay area.
