Highly rated, tenured members, freshly renovated home! Clean and comfortable, this is the perfect place to stay- all rooms have tile or LVP! There are three rooms with private, exterior entrances. All rooms have quality foam mattresses with a sturdy metal bedframe, headboard & footboard and a side table with built-in electrical plugs. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. Each room will have its own designated cabinets in the kitchen. EXACTLY 3 Miles to the Yoktown Entrance of NAS JAX. The neighborhood is quiet, and you won’t be far from all Jacksonville has to offer.
