PadSplit membership approval does not guarantee approval for this home. 💬 Please be ready to respond through PadSplit and complete the interview within 24 hours of your booking request. 🚪 Double occupancy is allowed in select rooms for an additional $75/week. All occupants must be approved members. No guests or unapproved residents are allowed. 🛠️ We actively manage house rules and maintenance. Please report concerns promptly and do your part to care for the home. 👥 No room allows more than two occupants. 🚗 A vehicle is allowed only when PadSplit shows an available approved parking space.
