Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Residents share a comfortable living room and full-size kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils. Coin- and app-operated washer and dryer are available on the property. One free assigned parking space behind the house is included. This is a peaceful co-living home, and we are looking for residents who appreciate a clean, respectful, and comfortable living environment. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings, and residents are expected to clean up after themselves in shared areas. The home is professionally maintained, and the bathroom/common areas are cleaned on a regular schedule. Management is available by text for questions or maintenance concerns. No parties or events.
