Your new home awaits! This home is newly-renovated with new paint, carpet, and flooring throughout. Lots of space to relax or play in the big front and backyard. The home offers free laundry, a workspace in each room, high-speed 1GB wifi, and is spacious and very comfortable. It's also conveniently located, down the street from Valley Metro bus stop, 0.4 miles from Safeway grocery store, and close to US-60 freeway to make commuting anywhere across the Valley a breeze. The host is quickly responsive to concerns and is motivated to make the home a clean, safe, and all-around nice place for everyone who lives there.
