Welcome to PadSplit! You've taken the first step toward becoming a PadSplit member. Here's everything you need to know about your membership application status.

Once your membership is approved, you'll be able to browse and book an available private room.

Our Commitment to You We strive to make your membership application process as smooth and quick as possible. Here's what you can expect:

  • Some applications are approved instantly
  • Others may take 2-5 days for a thorough review
  • We're working hard behind the scenes to process your membership application promptly

Speed Up Your Application Want to fast-track your approval? Here's how:

  • Accurate Personal Information: Please ensure that the personal information you provide, like your name and address, matches the information on your government-issued ID. Using nicknames or different addresses may result in membership application rejection.
  • Valid Government ID: When prompted to take photos of your government-issued ID, please use a physical copy. Photos of photocopies or digital images of IDs will not be accepted.
  • Pay special attention to your proof of income - it's a key factor! For the fastest processing, connect your bank account via our Plaid integration.
