New Earnings Dashboard (Coming Soon)
A fresh new Host Earnings Page is on the way! Designed with host feedback in mind, this upcoming update introduces a more intuitive layout, clearer breakdowns, and additional details that make it easier to understand exactly how your earnings are calculated. The redesigned report will help you quickly find the information you need while giving you deeper insight into your performance and payouts.
What's New?
Better categorization
The redesigned header bar on the left side of the report highlights a clear and intuitive breakdown of Collections, Expenses and Adjustments, making it much easier for hosts to follow the numbers and understand how their earnings are calculated.
Table view of all properties
The Earnings tab opens this page with a table view of all properties. This table is scrollable horizontally and vertically and can be filtered by:
- Month span (e.g. last 3 months, last 12 month, YTD, etc)
- Property
- Payout Account
- True Owner
Side sheets - Item/Property/Member
Hosts can click on any number in the report to open a side sheet with a detailed breakdown by item, property, room and/or member, depending on the number that was selected in the table. The example below shows the side sheet breakdowns that appear when the dollar amount for Membership Dues is clicked.
Enhanced filters
The new host earnings table includes the filters hosts have been asking for, making it easier to review and reconcile your finances. View earnings by month, property, payout account, and/or owner.
Easy downloads
The new CSV file will mimic all selections/filters made on the web, so your download will be exactly what you see on your screen. Only the selected range will be downloaded in the CSV file.
