There are multiple ways to review a Member's financial situation. We recommend starting with the ‘Members’ page under the ‘Manage’ tab on your Host dashboard. This page provides Hosts with an overview and lets you filter Members by financial status. Hosts can navigate to an individual Member’s profile for more detailed insights such as balance, financial status, next Dues Day, percentage of on-time payments, and outstanding invoices.
The Member's financial status is a classification used to communicate the financial situation of a Member in a simple way.
There are seven different types of financial statuses:
To see detailed Member financial information, navigate to the Member’s profile on your Host Dashboard and click on the financial tab.
The balance box on the left will provide an overview of the Member’s current balance, along with information about their billing cycle.
The “Earnings-to-Date” section shows you a quick snapshot of what you’ve earned from this Member after the 10 day Booking Fee has been deducted, but before the 8% Service Fee has been deducted. The amounts in the section update once the Member’s payment has settled with their bank (typically 1-2 business days after payment)
