How do I request a letter of recommendation from PadSplit?

If you are moving out and need a letter of recommendation for your new landlord, you can download a letter in your dashboard settings. This letter is available at any time during your occupancy if you qualify. 

How do I know if I qualify for a letter of recommendation? In order to qualify for a letter of recommendation from PadSplit, you must satisfy all of the following:

1. You cannot be banned from PadSplit

2. You cannot be evicted from a PadSplit

3. You cannot have a negative balance in your PadSplit account

4. You must have a member score of 3 or above

5. You cannot have moved out of a PadSplit home more than 90 days ago
