This beautiful small home with ultra fast wifi is decorated with modern touches. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a fridge, double sink, oven, electric stovetop, garbage disposal, and a shared countertop dining area. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home, save money, and join our co-living community. On-site washer & dryer machine in the dining room closet. Each bedroom has a queen mattress, bed frame, laptop desk, chair. The surrounding location is up-and-coming and very quiet with a lot of new construction condos & townhouses. Close to bus stops such as bus number 29 and the purple metro trail station Palm Center. Cleaning for common areas is included in your rent. Very strong preference for selecting long-term residents who want to live here for longer than 12+ months.
