Move into a spacious House today! Beautiful and newly-renovated, this is the perfect place to call home. All linen is provided for each bedroom or you can bring your own. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and pots & pans, a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal, making it the perfect spot to prepare meals and snacks. The neighborhood is near grocery stores, bus lines, and Summerlin Parkway a mile from Summerlin shopping and casinos, but still a quick commute to the strip. Professionally managed , monthly cleaning of the common areas, and Landscaping upkeep.
