Your new home awaits! This spacious College Park home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Rear Deck and Dining area, and it’s comfortable and cozy. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as dishwasher. The neighborhood is near highways, which means you won’t be far from all College Park has to offer. WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
