About this home
Huge double story house in a quiet neighborhood. Newer appliances in a modern kitchen. Large patio with sofas off kitchen and dining rooms for smoking outside only (smoke what you like). Tons of street parking because we are on a side street. Walmart and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits with active property management to ensure safety and issues. Large screen TV's in every room. King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs . Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances. DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please note that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets except Service and Emotional Support Animals that have been registered with PadSplit! Quiet time after 9PM to 9AM!

Description
Room on main level of house. Huge room with double closet space (see photos). Entrance is very close to front door of house. King bed with nightstand and lamp. 55" TV and dresser. Has full size desk and chair. Bathroom is right outside door and shared with just one other guest upstairs.
