Maid service of the common areas once per month. 1 exterior camera provides peace of mind. Wifi TV in your room. Strong 1 GIG internet speed with unlimited data. Assigned spaces in the kitchen and fridges. Call for availability and pricing for double-occupancy. 🙋 About you: Roommates are expected to be quiet, very clean, and respectful. Our house is proudly inclusive, anti-racist, and LGBTQ-friendly but not 420 friendly. Interview required within 24 hours. This large room has its own entrance and is adjacent to the patio. This room as a 50" Wifi-enabled Roku TV to help you relax. There is also a desk and chair. There is not a closet, so we included a large wardrobe instead.
