This beautiful home was built new in 2024 and features 6 spacious rooms. EACH ROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM! Come home to your own private sanctuary and take a load off. It's your space! This home is for professional people working hard to achieve their goals. We live by the Golden Rule: Treat others as you want to be treated! Each room features a queen bed, mini fridge, Roku TV, desk + chair workstation, reach-in closet, and ceiling fan. The walls in the home are double insulated for extra soundproofing and privacy. Common area includes a full kitchen, washer + dryer, dining room, and large front porch. Kitchen + cleaning supplies are provided and common areas are cleaned monthly! Parking is free on the street and there are 3 off-street spaces behind the house. Security cameras in front and back for peace of mind. The location is Westside Beltline! Just minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Midtown and Downtown. There is a MARTA bus stop ("50" line") in front of the house.
