WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
