Most of the rooms are large with 10 foot ceilings, have a workspace and some rooms have mini fridges. Hard wood floors thru out the first floor. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, large sink, oven, stovetop and Microwave. The laundry has modern front load washer & dryer that will be gentle on your clothes. All appliances are new. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to transportation and downtown, which means you won’t be far from all Jacksonville has to offer.
