The rooms have high ceilings and plenty of windows. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as Upgraded appliances. The bathrooms are brand new with walk-in showers The neighborhood is close to public transit, which means you won’t be far from all Jacksonville has to offer.

The Blue Parrot Room is our best kept secret: a very large room, on the second floor whith only 1 other room and a modern bathroom. It is quiet, on the side of the house. High ceilings and a new AC duct to keep the room cool during summer days. Full size bed and work station. Comfortable chair

The poppy room is very bright with 4 windows, has very high ceilings and is right off the entrance, front of the house steps from our front porch. Rarely available, lock it in before its gone!

Our calming Palm room is a quiet ground floor room facing the back of the garden, it is very bright with 4 windows, but we have both blinds and curtains, it has a reach in closet and we will add a small dresser on request if needed for storage. It is located next to the bathroom and kitchen.
