Your new home awaits! This Historic Jacksonville stone and block home with modern amenities is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Dining area, and it’s newly-renovated and spacious. Most of the rooms are large with 10 foot ceilings, have a workspace and some rooms have mini fridges. Hard wood floors thru out the first floor. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, large sink, oven, stovetop and Microwave. The laundry has modern front load washer & dryer that will be gentle on your clothes. All appliances are new. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to transportation and downtown, which means you won’t be far from all Jacksonville has to offer.

Welcome to the French room! Situated at the back of the house it is very quiet and also has plenty of light with 4 large windows. With a dedicated workspace it is ideal for a student or remote worker . You also are next door to the bathroom, and the kitchen is right after the bathroom.

This is a large modern feeling room, located upstairs on the 2nd floor, a reading nook and the bathroom are right outside your door. Only 2 rooms upstairs and 1 bathroom. It is very spacious, has 2 windows and a mini fridge and it overlooks the street. This a very quiet street
