Close and lock all doors and windows closed
Use the laundry machines during designated hours
Do not leave clothes in the washer/dryer.
Always remove lint from the dryer filter and trash
Tie up all trash bags when bin is full and trash
No loose trash or small untied bags in bin outside
No outdoor shoes inside the house
Co-operate with other guests to facilitate parking
No guests allowed on the property
Do not park grass, sidewalk, or unmarked street
Member is responsible for towing fees
