That’s why we’re excited to launch our brand-new podcast: One Room at a Time.
The podcast is hosted by PadSplit’s founder and CEO, Atticus LeBlanc, who brings more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing as a property owner, developer, and entrepreneur. Atticus has spent his career exploring practical, scalable ways to expand housing access, and this podcast is another way to further that mission.
What One Room at a Time will cover
Each episode will feature candid conversations with leaders, innovators, and changemakers working at the intersection of housing, policy, and community development. Together, we’ll dive into:
- The challenges driving today’s housing crisis
- Bold ideas and practical solutions that are making an impact
- Stories from inside PadSplit from both hosts and members about building a mission-driven business
- Lessons learned from partners, policymakers, and housing advocates across the country
Our goal is to cut through the noise and focus on what’s working—and what more needs to be done.
