PadSplit Member Promo Codes – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

PadSplit occasionally offers promotional codes (“promo codes”) that provide discounts or account credits to eligible members. Promo codes may be issued directly by PadSplit or included in communications such as emails, in-app messages, or partner offers.

By applying a promo code, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. PadSplit may administer, interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate any promo code program at any time in its sole discretion.

 

2. Types of promo codes

Each promo code is issued for a specific purpose and is only valid for that use. The following types may be available:

  • Application Fee Promos. Waive or reduce the application fee. Must be applied during the PadSplit membership application step and cannot be used after an application has been submitted.
  • New Booking Promos. Apply a discount or credit toward your first room booking on PadSplit. These are typically available to first-time members only, meaning members who have never previously lived at a PadSplit home.
  • Transfer Promos. Apply a discount or credit when you transfer directly from one PadSplit home to another without a gap in your stay. 
  • Milestone Reward Promos. A two-part promo that provides an upfront discount at booking and an additional account credit after you’ve stayed in a PadSplit home for a specified number of days. Learn more about Milestone Rewards.

The specific terms, discount amount, and eligibility requirements for each code will be described in the communication in which it was shared. When in doubt, refer to that communication for details.

 

3. General terms

The following rules apply to all promo codes unless otherwise stated:

One-time use. Each promo code can only be applied once to a successfully completed transaction. If your booking is rejected or does not go through, you may reapply the same promo code to a new booking attempt. 

Expiration. All promo codes have an expiration date. Expired codes cannot be applied. Check the communication in which your code was shared for the expiration date.

Non-transferable. Promo codes cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another person. They are only valid for the member to whom they were issued.

Non-stackable. Only one promo code may be applied per transaction. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Purpose-specific. Promo codes are only valid for the specific purpose they were issued. A transfer promo, for example, cannot be applied to a new booking; an application fee promo cannot be applied after the application has been submitted.

No cash value. Promo codes and any resulting account credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

4. Eligibility

Eligibility varies by promo type and will be described in the communication that included the code. In general:

  • Some promos are available to new members only—meaning members who have never previously held a PadSplit membership.
  • Some promos are available to current members in good standing. “Good standing” means having no past-due financial balance owed to PadSplit and no active or unresolved Member Behavior notices or violations.

Eligibility is determined using PadSplit’s internal tracking systems and records. Unverified, disputed, or incomplete promo code applications are not eligible for discounts or credits. PadSplit’s determination is final.

 

5. How to apply a promo code

Promo codes can be applied at the relevant step during your booking or application process:

  • Navigate to the appropriate step (application, booking, or transfer) depending on the promo type.
  • Look for the “Promo Code” field.
  • Enter your code exactly as provided, including any capitalization.
  • Confirm the discount or credit has been applied before completing the step.

If your code isn’t working, check that it hasn’t expired, that you’re applying it at the correct step, and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

 

6. Program changes

PadSplit may modify or discontinue any promo code program at any time, with or without notice. Submission of a promo code does not guarantee approval or issuance of a discount or credit. Participation does not create any entitlement to continued availability or future offers.

 

7. Legal terms

Promo codes and resulting credits are offered “as is” and “as available.” PadSplit disclaims all liability for lost, expired, withheld, or unissued promo codes or credits. PadSplit may revoke or reverse credits issued in error or obtained through misuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
