1. What are Milestone Reward promo codes?
Some PadSplit promo codes work as Milestone Rewards—a two-part benefit that saves you money at booking and puts additional credit back in your account after you've stayed in a PadSplit home for a set number of days.
The required stay duration and the credit amount will be specified in the communication that includes your promo code.
Milestone Rewards are a way to say thank you for putting down roots. Your promo code will tell you exactly how long you need to stay, and what you’ll earn when you reach the milestone.
How is this different from Stay Rewards?
Milestone Rewards and Stay Rewards are separate programs. Here’s how they compare:

Stay Rewards are tied to a specific property. You earn a reward by staying at that property for six months. If you transfer to a different property, your progress resets. Milestone Rewards are tied to the PadSplit network, not a specific property. Your progress counts as long as you remain an active PadSplit member in good standing, even if you transfer to a different home. |
2. How it works
Applying a Milestone Reward promo code at booking gets you two benefits:
- An immediate discount is applied at the time of booking.
- An account credit is applied once you have remained in a PadSplit home for the number of consecutive days specified in your promo code (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
Your day count begins on your move-in date.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the account credit, you must:
- Be a PadSplit member in good standing at the time when the credit is issued. “Good standing” means having no past-due financial balance owed to PadSplit and no active or unresolved Member Behavior notices or violations.
- Remain in an active PadSplit home for at least the number of consecutive days specified in your promo code (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
Eligibility is determined using PadSplit’s internal tracking systems and records. Unverified, disputed, or incomplete promo code applications are not eligible for the account credit, and PadSplit’s determination is final.
4. Tracking your progress
You can check your progress toward your Milestone Reward from your member dashboard. The number of days remaining and the reward amount are displayed there throughout your stay.
5. Transferring rooms
If you transfer to a different room or PadSplit home while working toward your Milestone Reward, your progress carries over. Days already earned will not be lost due to an approved room transfer.
6. Moving out early
If you move out before reaching the required number of days, the account credit will not be issued. Partial credits are not available.
7. Getting your reward
Once you reach the required number of days, your account credit is applied automatically. No additional action is required on your part.
8. General promo code terms
Milestone Reward promo codes are also subject to PadSplit’s general Member Promo Code Terms & Conditions, including rules around expiration, non-transferability, and single use.
9. Program changes
PadSplit may modify or discontinue Milestone Rewards at any time, with or without notice. Participation does not create any entitlement to continued availability or future rewards.
10. Legal terms
Milestone Rewards and resulting credits are offered “as is” and “as available.” PadSplit disclaims all liability for lost, delayed, withheld, or unissued credits. PadSplit reserves the right to revoke or reverse credits issued in error or obtained through misuse or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
