Is my property ready to list?

Before listing your PadSplit, check to make sure that you have completed the following: 

• Make sure all utilities are in place
• Furnish the property and make it feel like home for your Members 
• Have a sufficient number of photographs for each room 
• Stress test the home’s appliances and systems
• Make sure there are enough trash bins for both the interior and exterior 
• Label all bedrooms clearly with a color that contrasts the color of the door.
