How are listings ordered in the search results?

PadSplit aims to serve our Member and Host communities by making rooms easy to find and book on our site. In other words, we want your room booked just as much as you do!

As such, we are constantly re-examining and optimizing the algorithm that we use to display our current listings. Many factors are considered when displaying results, including location, price, number of bathrooms, etc. Hosts can rest assured knowing that we will continuously test and adjust our search results to maximize bookings. 

Although not the default view, listings are sortable by House Score  ranking.
