Can Hosts create an account and onboard properties right away or do they need to speak with someone at PadSplit prior to listing their properties?

At PadSplit, home quality and owner/operator readiness is of the utmost importance.

Hosts may go onto padsplit.com and submit a listing prior to speaking to a PadSplit team member, however our team will manually review the listing photos for accuracy, size requirements, etc. and ensure a lease is sent and executed. If you haven’t heard from us after 1 business day please email support@padsplit.com for assistance.
