My Host requested that I move out

PadSplit Hosts own and operate the homes on the PadSplit platform. As such, PadSplit Hosts can request that a Member move out of a home at any time. Members will always be given at least 14 days notice in order to provide time to find other accommodations. If you are given a move-out request, you can choose to move out earlier than the date provided by your Host. In certain cases, you can also transfer to another PadSplit home after your Host requests that you move out of your current home. 

Please keep in mind that if you are asked to move out, you must keep paying until your move-out date. Failure to pay dues will result in Membership termination. 

Failure to move out on time may result in a Membership ban and eviction proceedings.
