Welcome home! Our recently updated, well maintained, and super clean PadSplit in the Live Oak community is waiting for you to move in. The house sits on a quiet street and offers plenty of driveway parking as well as street parking. Inside, you'll find roomy, and well-furnished bedrooms, each with a new bed and new 10" memory foam mattress, plenty of clothing storage, and a new desk and chair. The newly remodeled kitchen is clean and bright and comes equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cabinet space. You'll enjoy high speed internet provided by Spectrum for all your WiFi needs. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer as well. Easy access to Highway 35 puts you close to local amenities like The Forum at Olympia Parkway, Walmart, Target, and an HEB that’s less than 3 miles away.
