The utility room has a pair of new washer and dryer for members to use free of charge. The home has a total 3.5 baths with one bedroom has a private bath (if you prefer). The house and all rooms are secured by keyless, digital locks. Free wifi for easy, fast internet access. Exterior cameras and motion-sensor floodlight for added security. Plenty of parking on driveway and on the street (if necessary). The quiet neighborhood is near highways and public transportation. Walmart, Aldi, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and other amenities are within 1.5 miles away.
