Move into a cozy House today! Newly renovated and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. Each bedroom has an electronic lock for security and safety. The common areas (kitchen and the main shared bathroom) will be cleaned professionally every other week. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, and microwave, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. Each room comes furnished with a private working desk, chair, a queen-size mattress and bed frame, a nightstand, and a lamp Eac. (PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES THAT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. THERE IS A FACE RECOGNITION CAMERA INSTALLED.(BY BOOKING A ROOM YOU'RE GIVING CONSENT TO THE FACIAL RECOGNITION) THESE 2 RULES ARE REALLY IMPORTANT TO PROTECT MEMBERS SAFETY. *WE WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
